By providing your data on the website, leaving a connection request, and registering in your personal account at ipglaz.kz in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V "On personal data and their protection", an individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the User) gives their consent to the processing of their personal data by IP Glaz Limited Liability Partnership (hereinafter referred to as the Company), BIN 250540007174, located at the address: 050022, Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, st. Bogenbay Batyr, 84/47, office 320.
The User's personal data shall mean any personal information related to him/her, including, but not limited to: information and details about the full name (surname, name, patronymic), contact details (e-mail address, contact/mobile phone number, etc.), and any other information identifying the User transferred by him/her personally, as well as electronic originals of documents and certified copies of documents.
The Company has the right to process the User's personal data by any necessary means, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, modification, addition, use, distribution (transfer to third parties or provision of access), cross-border transfer, depersonalization, blocking and destruction of personal data with or without the use of automation tools to achieve the following goals:
- to execute the Agreement on the use of the service (Public Offer) and provide the User with access to services through a personal account;
- ensuring compliance with laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of personal data protection.
The Company takes all necessary measures to ensure the security and protection of the User's personal data from unauthorized access by third parties.
This Agreement on the processing of personal data is provided from the moment of filling out the feedback application on the ipglaz.kz website and/or registration in the Personal Account and is valid for the entire duration of the legal relationship (agreement) between the User and the Company, and in terms of storage for five years after the termination of the legal relationship under the agreement between the User and the Company.
This Agreement may be terminated from the date of receipt by the Company of a written revocation of consent to data processing, which may be sent by the User to the Company only after the expiration of the Agreement. A written application for withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data may be sent in person by the subject of personal data (User) to the location (registered address) of the Company or through the Personal Account. In this case, the Company has the right to store and destroy the personal data of Users during the document storage period established by law and/or archival records management, and in cases stipulated by law, has the right to transfer them to the state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized to do so.
